In February 1994, in an effort to push further towards realism, the first prototype of the conference room of floor "I" (i) (Information and Identity) is shown in the exposition "Bifurcation" à Meymac, Dole et Albi.
On level "i" a hall of information, an exposition hall, a reception room and a conference room are planned. |

The first prototype of the conference room of the Very Great Democratic Administration is made up of PVC tubes, supported by a central axis also made of PVC. In this structure, a tent in flexible PVC is supended, attached by some strings. On the central axis is affixed a round table around which are positioned twelve different chairs. The entry is on one of the twelve sides. In 1995, the FRAC Poitou Charentes purchases the first prototype and shows it at the "Confort Moderne" in Poitiers. A souvenir picture of the administration committee of the FRAC sitting in the conference room is published in the publication, "L'Actualité Poitou-Charentes" |
